I tipped $25.00 for an instacart order of about $250.00. he carried 4 cases of water from his car in the street up the driveway into the garage. in addition to the 4-5 full/overflowing bags of groceries that he carried to the garage after doing the shopping for about 50 items.

was that a great tip, reasonable tip, or bad tip, or really bad tip? I am so lost these days when it comes to tipping.

wait is it true that instacart shoppers/drivers only get paid $7-$10 per order before the tip? because that would explain why the internet says to tip them what feels like a huge amount of money.

 

Wow, what a shitty day... Spent most of today working as an Instacart shopper. Had one order where I had to carry like 4 cases of water all the way to the garage, and then something like 4-5 big ass bags of groceries on top of that, and this woman only tipped me $25. Unbelievable. Very disappointed. Hope you guys had a better Sunday!
