I once tripped mushrooms with van full of strangers at an oasis in New Mexico.
I was informed by a park ranger in the morning that I wasn't allowed to collect brush. or make a fire. or make a fire in the BBQ grill. He watched me as I put what was left "back where I found it." I swear they had an old Native American man with them that sat in the van and watched family guy all night but to this day I don't know if that was real or not. Of course they were gone when I woke up. Nothing like waking up alone in the middle of the desert wondering if it all did indeed happen and the man would like to have a word with you about fire safety

Since it’s slow anyway. I thought I saw someone mention taking iron? Apparently my iron is super low and my doctor wants me to take 325 mg a day. That seems like a lot.

 

As far as a supplement goes, it's really not that much. I was prescribed 500mg+ of some other supplements for minor deficiencies.

 

I take that 3x a day! Once a day isn't so bad and that's a pretty standard dose. Just figure out if you prefer it on or off an empty stomach. I can't take it without a meal or I spew but some folks way prefer it without food and they wanted me to take it like that until I kept barfing it.
