Ohhhh I am sending you ALL the good vibes....and so. much. wine :)
I have a new stove (uninstalled) in my living room <kinda broken>, a new dryer (sitting in front of old dryer - waiting on natural gas to propane conversion) - and a washer I ordered from Lowes with the stove and dryer on June 29th that is lost somewhere in the ether.....
Having done this a few times now.... make sure your delivery people are wearing masks (even during installation) and wipe stuff down after they leave. Don't have to go crazy, but insist they wear masks in your house.
Also - the fact that you are getting a dishwasher is amazing. We've had friends waiting over three months for a dishwasher
You're going to be cooking and washing dishes before you know it!-

They have pushed my delivery back twice due to back orders. I was actually supposed to get them over a month ago. We moved about a month ago so I have been living out of a mini fridge. I have been cooking with a microwave and a grill. So, it's long overdue. Covid has really put everyone behind...

Oh jeez! You are in a similar situation. We didn't move, but we were planning on moving but have a broken stove (oven doesn't work), etc. If you are living out of a mini-fridge you are amazing. That's seriously hard to do.
Also having been in the stove-top, grill, microwave sitch I am SOOO hoping that your delivery goes super smooth and before the day is done you have wine casseroles in your oven (that's a thing!)

lol Thank you! The fridge situation hasn't been easy considering I have a husband and 2 children (5 and 8) at home with me. I have been having to go to the grocery store every couple of days instead of once a week to keep up.

It is! and then my kids made an "ice rink" in the bottom of the little tiny freezer. They decided to make ice cubes in little cups. They put the cups on the freezer grate and of course they tipped. So I have a half inch thick sheet of ice in the bottom of the freezer that I need to thaw after today...haha
