@SunlitSunflower If you need something to do with eggs, pickled eggs are very good. Take a can of sliced beets,pour in a large bowl, add 1/2 cup or little more of vinegar, 1/4 splenda or sugar, 2 cups water, a little salt, microwave til hot ,not boiling. then add a dozen or so peeled boiled eggs and refrigerate.
