    Yeah, when she basically was saying through tears that she wanted me to "Call the doctor" when she hates doctors and "This is the worst day ever!" you know it's time to move on that.

    On the plus side she's doing better now. However on the way out of the hospital she told us "I like the hospital. When I get this again I want you to take me here"

    but was there a "mistake"?

    If the money transferred (even multiple times) hit your bank account, and your amazon payment amount is reflecting (negative) the money you got then it's even?

    Seems people have two logical solutions, either
    A. Turk to make account positive again
    B. Transfer money back from bank to amazon payments to make it positive again.

    I would argue the "mistake" was being told the transactions failed. I wouldn't have kept trying to withdraw if I hadn't been told it failed and wouldn't have had a negative balance.

    EDIT: I should add that I would be more than willing to pay it back, but I want to see how they actually want it handled.

    This. We kept pressing the button hoping for a success. It wasnt that we were banking on it all queuing up and then going through. For all we know, it wouldnt work at all.

    Can we leave the moral discussion on if one "should" pay back the balance out of this please? That way lies arguments and moderation and I'm not really in the mood this morning ;)

    If you want to talk about info from amazon regarding what they're actually doing about the situation, great, but there's a hell of a lot of wait and see going on right now. So let leave morality out of this and deal with what they're actually going to do about it.
