Good morning, all - thoughts with anybody on the Gulf Coast also. Looks like a major, major hurricane is coming your way....be safe

 

So, the rejecting requester from last night has contacted me and seems willing to work with me to overturn the rejections. I would still avoid as they are stating that just 1 error in the batch and it rejects the entire batch :/ Anyhow, how can I assist this requester through this process?
I understand what you are saying and I am sorry to hear about the impact.
However, I cannot figure out how to get the incorrectly labeled example corrected without rejecting them first on AMT.
If there is a way for you to correct your examples and redo your assignments I am happy to reverse the rejections.

So, do I tell the requester to repost the hit with 0 pay and then reverse the rejections? And I am certain that the requester is unlikely to know how to do that. I am looking for the path of least resistance.
