    (That title is slightly misleading – of course it's not only about "hotels" per se;
    open the HIT and it's about "places to stay", not always hotels; sometimes it's a B&B etc.)

    Anyways (regardless if it's a "hotel" or B&B or whatever),
    the question is, does the user wanna book?

    Admittedly I've been rushing through these tonight;
    but rushing is never a good idea, as this example demonstrates:

    USER: ... a full paragraph about a specific hotel ...

    USER: ... dates of arrival and departure ...

    ... More messages ...

    USER: ... price range ...

    (At this point I was almost ready to click "YES" and move on to the next penny!
    The user apparently wants to book, right? — But wait!)

    USER: "Sorry, we don't want to book, we're just here to gather information"
