    I can't submit on the Amazon payments Contact us form. I was able to yesterday. I wanted to write another one because I feel like we should keep at them. But no.. .it won't let me submit. Can someone else let me know if they are able to submit. Maybe it's because I already filled it out yesterday?

    I think our best right now is to comment on aws/amazon payment employee Linkedin pages. Twitter is useless, and the awssupport page is run by a bot. But employees who can help definitely check their Linkedins.

    I am noticing however that I'm not getting the autoreply email to my inbox showing the ticket being created with the message I sent.

    We should conduct a poll on suspensions each day for the foreseeable future to keep tabs on how many people are affected each day. Yesterday's poll was rather surprising. There are more suspensions than people turking as far as we know.

    Someone with a requester account should set up a HIT titled “MTurk Account Suspension survey” for $0.00 to gather data, maybe they’d pay attention like they did with the pandemic game.

    I was suspended yesterday. The link goes just takes me to an onboarding page saying "Your Amazon Payments account could not be created." I was messing around in the payments page yesterday evening, not sure if I triggered something :emoji_sweat_smile:

    The fact of the matter is, Amazon Payments accounts are no longer used for MTurk workers. This should not be connected to our MTurk accounts.
