I was very amused yesterday. Texas pulled a Texas. Penn State did their best to almost let App State wreck another opener for a top 10 team. And the Gus Bus completely broke down mid-field per usual because can somebody give Auburn a copy of the rules? They seem to have forgotten them.

I was sending @Buntastic zingers all day What a delightful opening weekend.

And friggen Trevor Lawrence man. I'm a tiny bit amped over that kid.

Don't worry. Matt is super good at what he does, but has the most amazing gaps in knowledge ever. (we all do tho) Yesterday, Matt was insistent that nobody knows basic and well known facts about history. I'm apparently the only person who knows about Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn and all his many wives, according to Matt. He texted someone yeserday and was very displeased they immediately knew and he now claims we are both just super nerds. And you can insert hundreds of very well known factoids and get the same disbelief

And meanwhile, I literally forget local cities some days. Or, say, forget a very prominent national park that I've been to is even in the same state as me. I maybe even loudly declared it part of another state entirely in front of people and felt like a total idiot last week. I mean, I clearly didn't do that...I'm not that much of a ditz man!
