    I think the general consensus is that just because you're trying to be fit and healthy doesn't mean you need to cut all good things (like pizza) out of your life. It's okay to reward yourself from time to time.

    Mostly just to keep people content. I was a member of PF for a while and it was just one day a month (Monday I think?) so it wasn't that big of a deal. Mostly it was a reward/feel-good thing for working out/being a member of the gym. I mean if a few slices of pizza blows a month worth diet/exercise you probably weren't doing that well to start with.
