We have the exact same situation. I don't think anyone with a suspended Amazon Payments account has been unsuspended. It seems like all the accounts that were unsuspended at least had a working Payments account.

 

Don’t worry, they said they were still restoring accounts. A ton of us had our Amazon Payments accounts suspended recently. I was getting that error message for 9 days and they finally unsuspended it yesterday. It looks like they are fixing accounts in waves. There was a wave around 12-1pm PST yesterday and the day before where a bunch of people got their accounts restored. I bet they will be doing another wave within the next hour or so. Hang in there!

 

Same weird thing with QBC. The numbers go crazy fast, even when I take it off ham.

 

There are also YouTube videos that give an in-depth example of how to complete the test. Really does become easier once you realize your perspective/experience is what is being paid for and just complete the tasks like you would on a normal website/app.

 

It was around this time yesterday that they started to unsuspend more accounts so hopefully they start doing the same today!

 

Haven't done any work for months. Just started reading this mess. So jumped on did a few hits. Paid but not updated to current earnings. Checked payment method I see the bank info and pay with gift card option as well. Neither checked so I checked bank bubble and updated no change. Bubbles blanked out when I looked to make sure. So there's that expect no payment or suspension next (sigh)

your amazon payments account will probably be suspended on the date of your next mturk transfer to your bank account. it might be suspended before or after that date. since you are getting the cleared out buttons today, I think you might get suspended late tonight or tomorrow morning. you will get the money transferred, but you won't be able to turk until they unsuspend your account. when it happens - fill out the mturk contact form, amazon payments contact form, and Turkopticon form for this problem. I'm sorry I don't have the links but they have been posted a lot of times over the last week so they are floating around here.

I have my account working as of 3 minutes ago. I had to go through the whole payments verify process with ID so maybe mine is being processed differently

 

@cheyenne I edited my post to add that you might get suspended tonight or tomorrow regardless of when your next mturk payment transfer date is because you are seeing the cleared out buttons today. I'm not sure at all that's related but it seems like it might be.
