I just got back from the hospital and was expecting everyone to have their accounts back by now. I'm sorry to see you can't turk still. How many are still suspended?

Got a new thing on mturk that wants me to upload verification, a photocopy of my license that wasnt there before. Should be good to go after that

when I click/copy paste either link in the email, it goes to amazon payments logged into my amazon payments account. it displays this new error message -

"Unfortunately we can't confirm the identity information you provided, and you are not eligible for an Amazon payments account."

and I still can't turk.

 

Yay! I just got an email to verify my email address and now everything works again. I got suspended on 9/1, so hopefully it's resolved for the last of us very soon.

 

@ReignChaser are you getting an email verification message on mturk or sent via email?

 

Oh I can turk now! I haven't tried to submit any hits, but I am able to accept hits paying $0.01 and up! that's so weird I only noticed because I had panda crazy running and it all of a sudden had a bunch of hits collected successfully!

P.S. now I'm getting this error on Amazon Payments, and when I got the other error a few min. ago, my bank account info was totally removed. so now I can turk but I guess I can't get paid?

Don't worry about that Payments account! You will get paid! That has nothing to do with it anymore.

YUP. Just got the email verification and now it shows both my bank accounts are verified under the "bank account management" tab. Mturk works again! It's amazing that such a simple thing took them a week and cost people at least a week without work/pay on their platform. That's incredibly damaging to people's income.

 

But the good thing is that it got me active on this forum and it seems like a nice place to be. So I'll hopefully be more active in the future. I'm a Masters worker with about 10 years on MTurk, so I'm probably not going anywhere... lol
