    I'm suddenly paranoid I missed a question on one and submitted. I have been known to attempt to click a button and miss it entirely. These don't appear to have data validation or whatever it's called embedded.

    If you had a technical issue, it wouldn't hurt to email the requester.. On the other hand, it may be a waste of effort...but, you may not be the only one with that issue. Things like that have turned into compensation/retakes before..
