There's now a native split view in the latest Chrome version. Pretty neat.

I'll never understand why surveys ask if you are a weak or strong democrat or republican. I think it's wrong to classify people by how much they can bench press.

anyway, I always tell them I'm weak, so that they are surprised when I can lift more than them

I love how now, people can casually talk about prolific and other resources to make money. So, here I am, been working on outlier, and all I can think about is even at the $15 dollars an hour, if i would have been paid on mturk that much, how good I would have been doing. To take into consideration the amount of time spent just waiting for tasks, must have put my pay at about 3-4 dollars an hour. I think everyone who talked about higher wages, was really just trying to walk away with more dignity. I've been doing computers for 20 years, and I couldn't get that much out of mturk since 2014. It did feel great on those rare 100 dollar days. Anyway, nevertheless, I do think its funny as I do these tasks on outlier for pennies, and they resell the data for hundreds of thousands of dollars, almost immediately to these billion dollar companies that are helping get rid of the labor tax. I do get a bit of satisfaction knowing that hopefully one day, someone won't have to do this type of brutally boring, purposeless work. That's all. Have a great day.

With that, it will be my last post on this forum. Forums which are also relics of a by gone era. I hate to see the world changing like this. Now, I know how my parents felt. I had a really big hip hop forum in the mid 2000's and its crickets So much good information, and data, as this forum was/is a great resource for Mturk. But the reality is, people want the lower quality, and that's what they get. We have helped train, our replacements, be proud. Every generation has done it, in one form or another.

I lived in pennsylvania most of my life. closed caucuses. so you have to be a member of one of the two big ones, even though I thought we weren't supposed to have a two party system, in order to help nominate mostly the lower ranking seats, local, etc. then you can register for green after the closed ones are over. it was annoying.

but now I'm in NJ. and anything here is annoying. except tomatoes.
