Yeah I feel like if I lost that qual it would be a death sentence for my mTurk career. Probably 90% of the non-batch HITs I do require that qual. Before I got it I was really limited in the available HITs.

It is a death sentence to my income. I just had my worst month ever. Every day, I see more requesters that I use to complete hits for now requiring CR1, so the number of hits available to me grows smaller every day. Maybe one day, Cloud Research will raise their rates and charge requesters too much, and some of them will leave and no longer require it, but that's wishful thinking on my part and unlikely....Or is it? Never say never, right?

I was away from turking almost completely for close to a year due to a very busy full-time job. When I start turking again, I realized it was much slower and there were less hits. Initially, I thought the pandemic or the summer was to blame, until I found out about the CR1 qual, which I do not have.
