    The TOS is vague and open to interpretation and minimally enforced. An email by itself isn't very identifiable, but add more info that might be asked for or otherwise end up in the requester's possession, and it could be.

    yes but I judge based on the pay and the requestor's reputation. There was one a few weeks ago that wanted that along with some other personal info and paid $10 for a possible $50 2 hr follow up later in the week. I usually wouldn't have given it out but ended up making $50 in less than an hr for an attorney that wanted to review his case with regular folks. SO... sometimes YOLO, but not usually... use your best judgement...
