"I saw where you asked xyz after the hypothetical, but was confused."
"I did see xyz on the second page, but thought I had answered it correctly."​

Sometimes attention checks are also incorrect or incorrectly coded, so you could also argue that if applicable.

"I saw xyz and answered it abc. Was that not correct?"​

They have 30 days to reverse the rejection. If they are saying they cannot, or will not, and there is indeed something you could argue, you may also want to look at the informed consent to see if they have an IRB listed. In the end you have to weigh the pros and cons. Is it worth 30 minutes of work for 80c and/or for 1 less rejection? Don't get me wrong. I fight them all, so for me it's worth it.

It's crazy a couple of doctors are more worried about "not able to let you redone it" rather than just reversing it for you.

 

they were last year but not this year. I don't do them anymore. they need way more effort now with verifying a lot of tiny facts per hit.
