Just hit 99% approval, been having Panda quick up quick little tasks that auto approve while I work.

 

Is it me or is the nueronoodle property $6 hit not worth it? Property values vary in different parts of the country and I tried starting it and realized the first part would take closer to 60 minutes than the 40 they said it would take. I guess it's okay for 5am. I just can't imagine I will do well enough to get to the second part.
