Have you frequently done surveys through that site without issues? It raised my hackles but I did it anyway.

 

Dang got screened out of that second big cigarette survey.

 

The url was a bunch of random letters and numbers and through herokuapp. I'm just paranoid minded.

 

I think I've done hits through that site but I'm definitely not sure. always good to err on the side of caution with that kind of thing, or at least people used to.
