Hello all, first time posting here.
I'm running into an issue with MLDataLabeler HITs and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.
I have over 1000 Hits for them that were completed and approved on or around September 19th. However the status is still just "Approved". None of them have switched to "Paid." My current earnings is totally at zero.

I thought the payment would go through automatically after 30 days, but that's not happening.

Is this happening to anyone else? Are approved HITs just randomly getting stuck in the system lately?

Amazon Support was zero help. Seriously, what's the next step when this happens?

 

I have 2 hits done on 10/13/25 which have been stuck on approved for several days. I've been turking for over 10 years and have never had this issue.

I don't, unfortunately, have a "next step" for you, but can say that I've seen a few people mention being in the exact same situation you're in - having their MLDataLabeler HITs stuck at "Approved" and never actually getting paid. My guess is eventually more people will take notice and something might get done to resolve this, but :dunno:

 

Hey, I’m experiencing the exact same issue. I have several HITs that were approved around the same time, but none of them have transitioned to 'Paid' yet, and my earnings are still showing as zero. It’s been over 30 days for me as well.
