Deceitful requester, awful, long, and redundant survey. Half of it can be thrown in the trash and they can still collect the needed data. Though requester claims each part lasts about 20 minutes, a more accurate estimate (as I am CERTAIN the requester is aware) is 30 - 35 minutes.
