I can see the checkmarks when viewing the hits on the main MTurk screen and in my queue, but not when I go into hits, though.

 

Question; In my Hits List I keep seeing Hits from requester ALTSUSS; play a game for 8m and rewarded $1 but every time I try to accept it the hit disappears and it says there are no more hits? When I click on 'All Available Hits' It is back there again an the cycle continues to repeat? At first I thought it was something to do with me not being qualified or maybe the hit timed out and it was only available for a few mins at a time but now I'm not to sure?
I'm a little frustrated but the reason I'm asking is so that I'm not doing anything wrong to cause the malfunction, has anyone else had this problem?

Abigail Sussman is playing a game of duck duck goose with you. You should look into using a catcher if you want to be the goose.

 

So I am pretty new at this also. When I first started a couple of months ago I was just clicking refresh like mad and trying to click click click. I now use MTS and it has HIT Finder- which looks for hits i'm qualified for, then I add the ones it finds to HIT Catcher and it does the clicking for me. It gives me an alert when a HIT is accepted and I find it in my Que. It took some getting used to, but it has made working HITs much more efficient for me and frees me up to do something else while I wait. I wish I had a link to a good tutorial, maybe someone else on here could post a link. I know there are many other programs and scripts that people use, but MTS is what has been the most user friendly for me.

Maybe others will weigh in with what set of tools they use??
