I should clarify that I was not personally involved in the food prep as it was at a very well know chain of restaurants and ended up in the closing of multiple local locations due to the sourcing and food handling practices found in the restaurants. Needless to say I'm a hawk on food safety and now staunchly stand against the consolidation of our nation's food supplies.

 

This was $30 yesterday, but still worth it.
