Pros:
Looks low in pay, but for 9 mins of your real time its pretty decent. Most of the additional time is upload, which you can do other hits during. These level up nicely, the work is easy, and they always approve/pay pretty quickly. They also give bonuses for every hit.

Cons:
The prep work and post-hit work can be cumbersome at first, but once you have a system, its negligible.
