    It gives me it when I try to accept the hit. It won't give me the issue when I am actually in the hit but when I go to accept it, submit it, etc it prompts me.

    Yeah the form doesnt care, it just knows youre refreshing the page with an empty text box, AFAIK. So when you open it and complete it you have the text box filled, it acts normal, I dont know why it would pop any messages when everything is filled out. Switching tabs wont make the message pop up but try closing the tab with the box empty after accepting and see if the same thing happens.
