They seem to be fine but the vet had me just put drops in everyone's ears to be safe since those things spread like crazy. Porgy had an autoimmune response, so he was his own full on disaster. She said his ears looked nice and clean today, so that's good! Crossing our fingers it's just bad luck or an over amped up immune response to a small problem and not a sign that he has a larger autoimmune disorder. His poor little mouth had little ulcers and he was miserable. He's already perked up from fluids and roids, so hopefully it's an isolated incident and not a larger problem (they are worried he could have cups, which is basically a hypersensitive response to the bacteria that exist on your teeth) cause that would be...well, really bad. He's basically the only one who has never been sick and has always been super robust (outside of being underweight when he was born and all that) so it was very odd to see him go from healthy to sickly very quickly while Bearnie is chipper as ever. The vet said it's likely just bad luck.

Holy shit steam mops are the fucking best thing. I love mine and I feel like it's the only thing that really cleans my floors well. It's also one of the few things I use that I am not worried about my cat stepping in at all.
