So many reasons not the least of which he always thinks he's right; recklessly endangers students; withholds important information; has the PR know-how of a three year old (he is almost entirely responsible for no one believing Harry in book V re:Voldemort's return because of the way he handles it); he keeps Hagrid on staff as a teacher which, I'm sorry, I love him and he's great, but he has no business being a teacher; doesn't investigate how on earth Harry's name got in the goblet; pretty much keeps Harry around so he can die; and in minor news him going Deus Ex Machina on Slytherin re: the house cup in Book I is pure favouritism (which Snape is also guilty of but as headmaster Dumbledore could just, you know, not allow it either way). I could go on.
