Apparently not. It took me an hour to get a problem resolved. (Package didn't show up. Checked order status. Never shipped because of "payment issue"... and it was paid with a GC balance. Three CSRs later, and I'm told it was a problem with scanning at the warehouse. And they can't just release the order, because, still scanning issues. So we had to delete order, refund GC, reorder, get overnight shipping cost removed, and then get a promotional credit for $10 because I'm a pain the ass. Oh, and it was birthday gifts for the twins... whose birthday is tomorrow.)
