Pros:
If you get a bunch of similar images in a row, you can knock them out pretty quickly, using the same or similar terms.

The HITs pay quickly.

Cons:
The instructions are vague. They say to describe the entire image in 1-3 words (and not use specific words like "cartoon") but this is often impossible. Especially when you have to do it 5 different times. Even so, I've used plenty of the "forbidden" terms and had the HITs accepted, so what gives?

What's really odd is that everyone tells me i need to use these scripts to catch HITs, but starting out i've found way more work through just looking myself. I feel like until i get more qualified maybe i won't even use a catcher.

 

There is some value in learning how to use those tools. If you stick with this they will become more useful to you later and of course you can use it to catch the 411 Richmond hits for now. Do you know how to do that?
