12/20 - White-out Wednesday!

Does any one know what to do about the "there was a problem submitting this hit" thing? Am I missing something? It's so freaking annoying.

 

I had that a couple of times right at the switchover. I hit reload in a desperate attempt to save the hit, and it worked. Beyond that... I'm of little use.

every Joe Lo I get is like that. I've tried other browsers and turning off scripts. Everything I can think of. After wasting a ton of time I just end up returning them. so irritating.

I haven't had this since 2015, and IME every one has been submitted.

For whatever reason it's only with the international Joe los. The regular ones and all other hits submit fine for me. It started doing this last Thursday but I was able to eventually get them to submit but now none will.

Ok, so I got an e-mail from customer service saying my Payments account is on hold until I send them a photo ID copy. How do I send them a photo id? Do I fax it to them or email it? A picture of my ID from my phone should suffice right?

 

Yeah a picture from your phone should work.

 

I have done both. That was a couple years ago, though.

 

Although it sucks, I'm glad it's not just me. Thanks for answering. I couldn't find anyone else posting about this problem so thought it was something on my end. Hopefully whatever it is gets fixed soon.
