    I put cheese on my eggs and make a sandwich. Sometimes I'll throw some ham or a sausage on there too.

    chili on hotdogs isn't really a chicago thing. I've seen it and I've had it. It's not bad. But I think that's like an east coast thing?

    I really can't imagine confessing this level of fussiness. But if you're proud of being a fussy little hen, more power to you.

    To be fair, poorly-cooked onions can be gross, you probably get a lot of that up there.

    I've lived in CA and WA, and I've never seen a stand that didn't have chili dogs?

    Is it really rare out West? Even Cody, Wyoming has chili dogs. San Diego had Tijuana dogs which are hands-down the best hotdogs in existence. I don't care if they're goat or dog, but hopefully they're cat I would have no compunction eating ground-up feline.

    Many hotdog stands have it around here too, but I meant like - basically chicago has "chicago style hotdogs" that they're proud of. And it doesn't include chili as their prototypical ingredients.

    I'm in SEMI and they are super-proud of their 'Coney Dogs' which is just a hot dog afaic.

    Chicago gets all uppity about their 'Chicago-style' this and that, and you don't want to oppose them because they might St. Valentine's Day Massacare you, ain't nobody got time for that!

    I love to stick pins in people's local conceits, but I can't with this. SoCal hotdog stands are god-tier.

    I have to go to Texas to get the real OG briscuit. I've been to LA and had OG crawfish, like not at a restaurant but with a buddy's family in their back yard. Pefection.

    I gotta have that with briscuit.

    Chili on everything is an everywhere thing, tho, at least in the Midwest. We didn't get it from Texas afaik. Like the only time we don't have beans in our chili (oh god don't six-gun me Texas!) is when we put it on our breakfast, hot dogs, potatoes, or mayonnaise sandwiches.
