There has never been a listed phone # in the ~3yrs I've been around. It's not that they don't have phones, it's just not a service where you can simply get a phone # for support.

TV is the same way. I'm not giving out a phone # for anyone to ring up for X/Y/Z, but there are situations where it's simply easier to resolve something over the phone so I'll send someone my # on a case by case basis. Likely the same with their case (assuming they didn't just say call because it's common lingo) but my only point was I wouldn't send a requester looking for a phone # b/c it isn't gonna be there lol
