Our goal with this project is to get a better understanding of how supervisors in organizations responded to the COVID-19 pandemic and how their responses impacted employees. The survey will consist of a series of Likert-type questions via Qualtrics. First, you will be asked to reflect on your personal work experiences and your supervisor's behaviour during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Then, you will be asked to reflect on your supervisor's leadership and your work experience in your current job. Thus, to be included in this study, you will need to have been working full- or part-time both currently and during the height of the pandemic.

IMPORTANT: If you are currently unemployed, or were unemployed during the height of the pandemic, you will not be given a chance to participate in the study and therefore will not be compensated.

Data from surveys (complete or incomplete) will be deleted upon request, provided requests are received within one month of the study completion date (email requests to uoftsocstudies@gmail.com). All of your answers and information will remain completely confidential (i.e., your data will be anonymous and used only for research purposes). Please note that anonymized copies of this study’s data will be posted in open repositories so that other researchers can reproduce the analyses associated with this study.
