Uggh, had to spend 77 minutes on the phone trying to figure out why my Medicaid coverage was showing up as "inactive" when one of my doctor's offices ran it when trying to schedule a procedure. Turned out they sent me a renewal form several months ago, but I never received it nor did they follow up with any additional mailings, emails, and/or phone calls to figure out why I hadn't returned the form. The public benefits website said nothing about having to renewal when I requested a replacement card a few weeks ago and still said nothing when I logged in today under the "Recertification and Renewals" section.
