8/20 - Monkey Monday

I'm nervous about this one because it only took me 12 minutes and it said it should take an hour? I actually really tried and got a 27 anyway. Logic problems and 6am do not go well together.

 

I imagine it would only take an hour if you took the max time they allowed for each question. I'm not too concerned because it would be hard to make answering 17 multiple-choice questions take that long. I didn't do too much better with my 30% .

 

you should be fine. if you're at all mad at your score, you might want to slow down and take a min, you may do better

 

I got 84%, don't know if that's good or bad.

it's good. most people are pretty embarrassed after taking these things the first couple times.

 

did you ever take any discrete math or logistics classes?

 

I don't like this one from him. Tedious and low pay to draw polygons. I WANT HIS MOVIE CHATS BACK lol

 

<- BS in Computer Science, back when CS was 95% math, so yeah.

lol, i assumed you were. i was on that side of the spectrum too. regular math, easy, discrete nonsense, total fail

 

The hardest course was Symbolic Logic from the Philosophy Dept, when no one finished the final, he let us take it home and turn it in at 8pm, about 8 hours later. I still didn't completely finish it.

 

I got a 44% but I spent like 26 minutes- the pokey one. But really, I don't think thinking about it longer would have improved my score by more than a few points at best, if that.
