[Please Help!] Can AMT overturn unwarranted rejections?

    Good morning! I just knocked out 95 hits for requester "yunrui" and he was kind enough to almost immediately reject 12 of my submissions with "I'm very sorry, because the first time I used amk, the audio could not be played, and now it has been fixed." The other 83 are still in pending status. I was wondering if there's a mechanism to have AMT overturn the unjust rejections, since they were given due to the requester having technical difficulty, and it not being a result of my submissions. The specific hit was "How natural is this recording and intelligibility of speech content?" I've already initiated contact with him, but have not heard back, yet.

    I have about 4,600 HITs currently. Unfortunately I had a bad run with one batch for identifying tattoos on a body because I didn't spend at least 12 seconds on them (I didn't know there was a requirement, and I felt I provided satisfactory inputs), and that person gave me 52 rejections. With yunrui's 12 and another possible 83 pending, my rating is going to drop to a point where I'll need to make around 10,000 perfect submissions to get back to 99%.

    Update - the requester just sent out a mass email with all of us on the CC line who have complained (really wish he used BCC, because he just shared everyone's email address). So far we've gotten the following messages.     These are all caused by my inexperience. After the problem, I didn't understand how to solve these problems, so I clicked a lot of reject under my random operation. Now I have canceled these tasks. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to everyone. I know that this job is very important to everyone, and I don't want to cause such a big negative impact on everyone, but I don't know how to solve this problem now. Can we find AMK's customer service staff to help deal with this problem, I tried but couldn't find the location of online customer service.

    The requester can overturn the rejections. It'll be under his account. You can send him this to help him along the way.
