If you've donated $25 or more (cumulative) to the forum and you'd like a custom user icon/badge to show off your poorly spent wisely invested Turk dollars you can hit up the following two resources and post here / DM me to have it done.

Requirements:

• An image or icon that can be properly scaled down to ~16x16px
  • Pretty much anything from http://fa2png.io/icons/ will work
    • http://www.flaticon.com is an even better resource, it has tens of THOUSANDS of icons and almost all of them are forum appropriate "flat" themed.
  • If you pick an icon, I need to know what color you want it (you can pick the color on both of those sites)
• A background color
  • https://www.materialui.co/colors
• A title to display when a user hovers over your icon.

Ground Rules:

• You cannot use a duplicate of an icon already in use (first come, first serve, though I reserve the right to hijack icons for official forum user icons)
• PG Title/images
• Must not clash too horribly with either of the forum themes (light/default theme takes precedence here)
• ChrisTurk Final Stamp of Approval™
• No insults, no snark, no general jerkery allowed.

1. Has anyone actually asked any of these questions?
   • No. I'm just making this thread on the fly because I keep getting tagged lol.
2. If I donate tons of money can I have multiple icons?
   • What? Yes, of course, I'm selling out here hardcore. However, in order to not overflow the forum each subsequent icon increases in price. 1 - $25, 2 - $50, 3 - $100.
3. I have an addiction to collecting trinkets and am considering donating solely for the icon, should I get it approved first?
   • Yes.. Also seek help, its just a virtual icon the coolest mark of honor any Hubber can possibly earn ever in their whole freaking lifetime. Put a copy of it on your tombstone (licensing rights for this can be purchased from TurkerHub for a nominal fee). Finally, please don't sign up for any "free to play" MMOs.

I don't think there can be a max file size.. a 16x16 image can only be but so large.

 

Can I make a custom png that has an icon with more than one color?

 

No promises on this one.. if its not overly tacky/clashes with both themes I'm not morally opposed to the idea, but I'd definitely need to see the end result first haha.

 

Just needed to know before I started having hopes lol. The thing I specifically have in mind would be pretty simple, it just requires 2 colors to be done right.
