I assumed that your approval rating factored in approved hits v rejected hits but are returns also included?
My approval rating has dropped - from the lower 99%s to the upper 98%s - since yesterday but I haven't received any rejections in this period?
It would be unfair if returns are factored in; considering some of the crap that is posted up!

No, returns aren't factored into your approval rate. Is it possible you have rejections you didn't notice, or that came in very recently prior to the drop, like the day before?

I think a rejection from weeks and weeks ago must have triggered it.
