New to the forum but not really new to mturk. I've been doing it on and off, mostly off, since 2014. Was also a member of the old MTG forum as well. I own a farm that's just under 200 acres and mturk helps to fill in the gaps in pay. Have 4 cats, Sammy, Yogi, Bud and a barn cat called Big Boy. 2 dogs, a wiener dog, named Weiner of course, and a coyote called Babs. All of them found their own way to the farm and stayed or were taken in when they needed a home. Also have 9 chickens that keep us supplied with eggs.
I'm looking to hit between $40-50 a day hopefully. I've got plenty of time throughout the day so it shouldn't be hard to do once I figure things out again. I just started up again about a week ago. The last time I really sat down and took it seriously was back in 2014 and a little in 2015.
I need to get my numbers up. Right now I'm sitting at 3198 total. I have zero rejections and masters though. I want a larger buffer for when I do get some. The scripts now are completely different than when I was doing this before. It's not a total restart, but it's taking some time to figure things out again. I need to get a good list of things to add to panda crazy. Right now I'm just adding HITs that I miss to it and trying to catch them again.
Anyway, glad to be part of the forum. I've learned quite a bit again just reading things here. If anyone has any suggestions feel free to throw them out. As I learn more I'll be happy to share what I can as well.

Welcome
Wait you have mastes with under 5k hits? I don't think that we will ever figure out how it is handed out lol.
Anyways if you are a unicorn you will want to poke @leafs4_cup and @DikDik for help in finding unicorn hits. @SeDuCeR is also a unicorn I believe.
Anyways if you have any questions as far as scripts go or really anything please don't be afraid to ask. -
Hello! Welcome to the forum. :) I'm sure you know where our daily thread is, and it looks like you know your way around a script if you're using panda crazy  Let us know if you have any questions!

Welcome to TH :)
For $40-50/day you can probably just pick at surveys during down time & then ham stuff like C-SATs / Pins when they come around.. Should hit it most days without huge amounts of effort tbh lol.

Babs, the coyote, came to us as a very small pup. Her mother abandoned her and she made her way through the fields into the back yard. She wasn't doing well when we found her. We got her nursed back to health and she was very friendly. She was raised around the barn cats and her surrogate mother was a very gentle border collie. She lays in the yard with our last remaining barn cat. She goes into the barn at night with the chickens, we've never had any issues. Of course she's well fed. If she had to fight for her food then I'm sure it would be different.
As far as the scripts, I have PC, MTS, Mturk Dashboard, Overwatch, HIT Database Mk 2 and Save AA time. I'm starting to get the hang of them all, but I'm sure I'm not using them effectively yet. OW seems straight forward as well as MTS. I just installed PC yesterday and am still trying to get used to it. -
As requested. Had to dig out the archive hard drive and upload them.
Babs with her winter fur before her spring haircut. She's about 4 in this picture, it's a bit old. She's almost 6 now.
The previous clowder. All are gone except now except for the small orange & white one. That's Big Boy, he's full grown now and about 12 pounds. He's very gently with us and the dogs, shows no interest in the chickens. Strangers and other wildlife, not so much.

Welcome to The Hub :)
Wow, I've not seen a coyote with fur that long before. Is she a mix? Gorgeous!

Welcome to the forum!
You should be able to hit your goal pretty easy just by paying attention to the forum and the hits posted here and useful information that is shared. If you have any questions feel free to ask, somebody will surely answer them for you. Hope to see you around the dailies making those goals! -
It's possible she may be a mix but she doesn't really have any other characteristics that stand out though. We are pretty rural and there are other dogs that run wild. If you go outside at night in the fall you can hear several different packs in all the surrounding woods. We thought about having one of the dna tests done, but decided against it. We're real careful about local people finding out. The farm sits back off the road enough that people can't really tell and don't notice.-
