Hi everyone! I signed up for mTurk last year and found a bunch of cheap HITs, but really had no clue what I was doing. This summer came around, I finished my PhD, and student loans, medical bills, and debt (I was a stupid 20 year old) were looming and I was looking for ways to make money, and happened back upon mTurk. After some googling and learning a tiny bit about scripts last month, I've made about $500 in the past month that has helped me keep moving forward out of debt. I do have a full time job during the day, but try to Turk here and there when I have some downtime. I like some of the tedious data entry stuff when I'm trying to turn my brain OFF, and some of the deep, in-depth surveys when I want a bit more of a challenge.

It's a chrome extension that combines some generally useful scripts into a single package. -
Just downloaded it. I'm super overwhelmed. Right now, I'm haphazardly using PandaCrazy and HITScraper, averaging about $10/day.

Welcome! Happy to see Mturk is helping but you were not a stupid 20 year old. A stupid 20 year old is someone who racks up enormous amounts of credit card debt on the dumbest shit imaginable( every king diamond record ever made FML) and then laughs when the bill collectors call. There are a lot of helpful people on this forum , I learned a lot here just quietly patrolling the daily threads.
