How do I add hits to the queue? Once I accept one to do I start working on it right then and there, not sure how to make any list of what I want to do next.

 

If you accept a hit then it is automatically added to your queue. You can accept as much as 25 hits at one time. you just have to be sure to get them done before the timer on them runs out.
