Hope everyone is having a good day!!

I'm having trouble with some of the surveys that I have done. Once I have finished the survey and it gives me the code, I hit return to submit the code, but it doesn't allow me to go back to the initial screen.

I try to preview it again and it says no more available HITs.

I emailed the requesters and gave them the code that the survey gave me, but I never hear back from them.

Am I doing something wrong?

The process should be:
1) Accept the HIT
2)Open and complete the survey in a new tab/window
3)Copy/paste completion code into the provided text box on the HIT page
4)Press submit

I think when you hit return you are returning the hit not submitting it
