Welcome aboard!
When I first started turking way back in 2012, we didn't have a fraction of all these fancy tools and scripts. Heck, we barely had scripts. My suggestion is to look through a lot of these older posts as there is a wealth of knowledge shared. As far as upping your turk game, I highly suggest you find a program your are comfortable with (MTS, PandaCrazy, QBC, etc...) and start using it. Also, keep in mind that turk is a slow growth hustle. Welcome, welcome, welcome! I am still new, been turking maybe about 2 months now. It's not a bad side gig at all!! I enjoy it, as it helps me keep my mind busy during the downtime I have currently. I agree with j0sh83, read the older post and find a script that works for you. I am still trying to learn this scripting thing myself.
