I read the agreement but is it a violation to work for amazon turk and another company (appen for example)? I don't really have time for two jobs but I was just wondering

 

Well, you don't work for amazon turk to begin with. Part of the terms is actually that you will not ever say you are an amazon employee in any capacity.

 

It all depends on the company's policy. When you signed an employment contract with Amazon, you most likely should have been warned that you could not work somewhere else at this time.
I think this is very bad and sometimes everyone may be forced to look for part-time jobs. Everything happens in life, and I also had to work like this for a while. When the pandemic started, my wife was fired, and I had to find a part-time job so we could just live. Fortunately, I came across a review where many part-time job options were provided.
