Use turkerhub regularly and make sure you've got Tampermonkey (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo?hl=en)
installed on Chrome so you can install HitForker (https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/36368-hit-forker). That's the basics, really.
