This isn't possible for how long I've had my account. I can only do 100 hits a day or something like that. And I don't want this to somehow negatively reflect on my account.
I'm not really sure if I should be worried or not.
Anyone have any idea how this happened? Or how I can fix it?

 

I can't even tell what I'm looking at so I'll just assume that whatever script you are using is busted.

 

This is straight off the mturk dashboard. Could one of my scripts add this to it or something?

 

Definitely one of your scripts. I don't know which one though, I haven't seen that layout before. Try turning them off one by one and refreshing the page. That should help you track down the offending script.

Something you might want to consider.... I don't think the shotgun method with scripts is the way to go, especially if you're new. You should really know what each of your scripts do. I would recommend shutting off anything you don't understand then take a look at this guide to get started:

Once you've got the basics down then add new scripts if they do something you think you need.

 

That's something i didn't really think about, thank you. The thing is I only have 3 scripts, Tampermonkey, Turkerview and Mturksuite. I don't think these would brake each other.
I'll be sure to read this guide too. I really appreciate it.

They shouldn't. I just don't have anything that looks like your screenshot. So I assumed you might have gotten a little script happy. I'd still say it looks like something got buggy on your end. I wouldn't worry about Amazon here.
