Hey guys,
I am trying to transfer money to my bank account, but when I try to do this, all I see the message: "Please wait while we access your information." The information never loads. This is my first time trying to transfer money to my account. Everything is verified and set. Tried talking to someone in Amazon, but they weren't of any help. Is this normal?

 

Honestly, the Amazon Pay people are going to be your best bet. It's a giant pain in the ass to actually get through to them, but they are pretty helpful, even if they don't have all the answers you want when you want them. Just keep calling until you get an operator that knows "what" Amazon Pay is.
