    I just got a new computer and I keep getting a not registered error message but it is set up just like my laptop which is working fine. I sent a message to ChrisTurk but never see him on the forum so not sure who to get help from. Any suggestions on how to fix the "not registered" error message?

    He hasn't been on as much lately but he's more likely to notice an @ChrisTurk than a message in his inbox.
    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Maybe that would help?

    I did send ChrisTurk a message yesterday but thought maybe someone else was helping him with QBC. I tried to reinstall QBC but that did not help.
