well this particular case could have been on the requesters behalf. They probably launched their army of reviewer accounts to give themselves high marks and JUST .40 isn't just .40 cents obviously on the requesters end when they are the ones paying for all those .40 cents



So can you see who does reviews on TV? If not, shouldn't you be able to?
