1.How long does it take for a rejection to show up in my review after I update TV? I manually inserted it but the feedback from the requester isn't showing up.
2. If the rejection is reversed after 3 days (I can't remember how long after I submit a review I can still edit it), how do I update the review and add a comment to my review?

 

It never will if you manually mark it as rejected

The status should update.. I think, don't quote me on that and let me know if it in fact doesn't (it should though) but adding a comment is on you
